Heart wisdom at hard time.

Two 7 year olds.Best of friends.Was with them the other day and they were showing me their gymnastic skills.One of them said"I can do what she cannot and she can do what I cant".Both were giggling about it.Playfully though,these kids uttered words of wisdom.

Then there are 30 year olds who still wonder at times about how to make life a bit more gleeful.When people say happiness should come from within or you are the maker of your own destiny etc,its not about falling in love or deleting someone ,something, from your life.Its about looking deep inside your own mind.Listening to your own breath.Doing things that make you feel good and keeping a balance with letting others do what they feel good about.Life is all about you and about how you view the people around you.
